This policy covers the flexikeys.fr website. Flexi Solutions, SASU with share capital of €10,000, RCS Annecy 984 685 305, is the data controller. Contact: rgpd@flexisolutions.fr.

The form is sent by email to contact@flexisolutions.fr and recorded in the Flexi Keys application, which sends you an acknowledgement and lets us track our reply; it is deleted 3 years after our last exchange. The sender's IP address is not kept. Your details are never sold, shared or used for marketing without your consent.
Cookies: the website sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. The hosting provider may set a technical cookie strictly necessary for security, which requires no consent. The demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser, with fictitious data.
Audience measurement: to know how the website is used (number of visits, pages viewed, referring site, country, device type, loading speed), we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool sets no cookie, reads nothing stored in your browser, does not use your IP address to identify you and does not track you across websites: it only produces aggregate, anonymous statistics. It therefore requires no consent.
Hosting and transfers: the website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs these transfers.
Subscription payments: they are made in the Flexi Keys application through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland), acting as payment provider. Bank details (card, IBAN) are processed by Stripe and never stored by Flexi Keys.
The Flexi Keys application has its own policy: operator area; renters find theirs from their access link.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to rgpd@flexisolutions.fr. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
